Entry Conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and a U.S. resident. “What RED Means to You” photo and video entries may only be entered from the United States. This contest is available only to those persons who are legal residents of either one of the 48 continental states of the United States or the District of Columbia, and may only be entered from one of those locations. This contest is void in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico and/or where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, any affiliate of Sponsor, any of their advertising or promotional agencies, any sponsor of any prize offered in this contest opportunity or any business or entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of this contest, and their immediate family members (meaning spouses, parents, siblings and children living in the same household) are not eligible to enter or win.

1. Entry: All video and photo submissions must be received on the RED microsite (www.sprint.com/red) by March 31, 2007, to be eligible to get a call from PINK. Facsimile entries are not acceptable. To submit on-line, visit www.sprint.com/red and follow the instructions on the screen. On-line contests must be received from February 19, 2007 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (EST) and ends on March 31, 2007 at 9:00 p.m. (EST). Internet access and email address are required to enter. Free Internet access and email addresses are available at many public libraries. All entries must be G-Rated only. You must be the photographer of each photo(s)/video(s) you submit and have the permission of any person used as the subject of the photo. On-line submission made by Internet will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sprint is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, mis-delivered, incomplete, incorrect, inaccurate or unintelligible entries, messages, typographical errors, unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, on-line failures, hardware, software, servers, providers, equipment, human error or other technical malfunctions or disturbances or any other communications failures or circumstances affecting, disrupting or corrupting the contest in any manner including without limitation. Sprint also is not responsible for any damages to entrant’s computer occasioned by participation in the contest or downloading any information or data necessary to participate in the promotion. If for any reason the Sponsor is not capable of running the sweepstakes as planned due to, among other factors, any technical failure or corruptions of any kind, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the sweepstakes and select winners from eligible entries received prior to cancellation. If the winning entry is an on-line entry, the entrant may be required to provide Sponsor with confirmation that he/she is the authorized account holder of the listed email address (if any). All completed entries become the property of Sprint and will not be returned. Entries without all of the blanks completed will be disqualified and not entered into the drawing. All late, lost, or incomplete entries are not considered valid entries. Any form of entry, other than as specified in these rules (including but not limited to automated, copied, third-party or mechanically reproduced entries) is prohibited and they will disqualified. Sponsor will be collecting personal data about participants when they submit. Please review Sprint’s privacy policy at www.sprint.com/privacypolicy.” By participating in the contest, entrants agree to all of the terms and conditions of the privacy policies of the Sponsor. By entering you agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which will be final and binding in all respects. The official rules will be posted at the contest website throughout the “What RED Means to You” offering.
2. Entry Period: Promotional period begins on February 19, 2007 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (EST) and ends on March 31, 2007 at 9:00 p.m. (EST).
3. Prizes. Grand prize is a call from PINK. Sponsor will have the right to substitute another prize package of equal or greater value, at its sole discretion. Sponsor may substitute for a cash prize or goods or services with a value equal to or greater than the estimated retail value of the original prize. Winner will not have the right to substitute another prize package. Any difference between the stated approximate retail value of any prize and the actual value of such prize will not be awarded. All expenses not specified, including but not limited to taxes, fees, surcharges, from the acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner(s). Any unclaimed prize will not be awarded.
4. Prize Winner Selection and Notification. Contest winner will be determined by Sprint on April 16, 2007 and the decision will be final. The winner will be notified by phone. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. In the event the person originally selected as the winner is disqualified, the prize will be given to a second winner.
5. Prize Acceptance. Following each photo or video contest, entrant must provide their phone number in which they can be reached if they are determined the winner. Winner(s) must complete, execute and return an affidavit confirming the winner’s identification and eligibility, and winner and any guests will be required to complete, execute and return (if such requirement would not render this sweepstakes lawful) a Liability and Publicity Release. If such documents are not returned within fourteen (14) days of the date sent, or if any prize notification is returned as non-deliverable or any winner if found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these official rules, disqualification may result. Acceptance of a prize will constitute permission to use winner’s name, hometown, likeness, photograph, statements or prize information for advertising and publicity purposes worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited. Sponsor, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents will not be responsible any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind to or of any person or property (including death of any person), arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any sweepstakes related activity, or participation in this contest. This contest is void where prohibited or restricted.
6. Governing Law. Contests will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
